All goods are supplied cash on delivery except where credit facilities have been agreed.
All goods must be paid for at the time of ordering by card or cash.
All goods must be checked before leaving the premises.
All cash sales must be collected from our depot at la Collette between 9.30am – 2.30pm Monday-Friday , and 9.00am – 10.am Saturday morning.
During the winter months we close at 1.00pm – please enquire
To maintain being an account holder we require that you have a food business and your monthly spend is in excess of £500.
All account holder must have completed an account application form in full.
All accounts are due for payment by the 28th of each month. Late payment will incur a 2.5% interest charge.
Accounts can be paid by cheque, cash, card and by bacs. Please contact our office for bank details.
The prices in the online brochure are correct at the time of printing but may alter without notice. The effective price is that in operation at the time of despatch.
Delivery to account holders
The minimum order value is £25.00. We ask that orders must consist of more than bread products.
All goods should be checked at the time of delivery and no credits for damage or shortages will be given unless signed for at the time of delivery. Claims for shortages or damages must be notified within 24 hours of receipt of goods.
Delivery times cannot be specified – but we will do our utmost to try to accommodate you as close to a time as possible.
Due to health and safety policies we are no longer able to accept back frozen or chilled goods.
Should you need to return an item for some reason, we require the goods and packaging back before we can raise a credit note.
